The Town of St. Marys Community Services Department is issuing RFT-DCS-10-2023 for an Engineered Air MAU-1 and ACS-2 HVAC units replacement for the Friendship Centre, 317 James Street South, St. Marys, Ontario. The project shall be completed during either fall of 2023, or spring of 2024, when demand for heating and cooling is at its lowest.
