Multiple firms will be selected for continuing services contracts, to provide professional engineering consulting in a range of disciplines on an as-needed basis. Pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the resulting continuing contracts will be utilized by the City for projects in which the estimated construction cost does not exceed $4 million or for an individual study activity that does not exceed $500 thousand. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
