This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by the City of Saskatoon (the "City") for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below. The City of Saskatoon is looking for a Contractor to conduct bridge and structure maintenance repairs. This program is completed on an annual basis and deals with repairs and maintenance for each structure as determined by the inspections. The planned scope of work will include repairs and maintenance for items such as concrete repairs, steel repairs, fence repairs, soundwall repairs, asphalt repairs, and asphalt paving (mill and fills). Additionally, there may be requests to provide services for unplanned work for bridge and structure maintenance repairs. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in May 2023. The RFQ timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of until June 01, 2024. Pre-Bid Inspection or Pre-Bid Meeting N/A The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
