**As of June 24, 2023, Only one proposal received. Polar Palms was the only vendor to submit an RFP and got awarded. The St. Andrews Marina requires a combination of purified drinking water and packaged ice dispenser with a point-of-sale system. 1. Delivery and installation/ setup to include electrical and plumbing to be provided by the vendor. 2. All maintenance and repair costs covered by the vendor and performed in a reasonable time frame. 3. Machine must be able to provide both purified drinking water and bagged ice for the consumer. 4. Ice maker must be protected against elements (wind, rain, saltwater). 5. Machine dimensions must be no more than 50 wide, 60 deep, and 100 tall. 6. Electrical requirements must be no more than 30 amp. 7. Must have credit card reader for after store hours usage. 8. St. Andrews Marina will cover the cost of operational electricity and water. 9. Vendor will operate off a profit-sharing model with St. Andrews Marina (City of Panama City) retaining a negotiable rate of all sales from said machine.
