Drop Off Lane Addition at Sunview Elementary School The work at the site cannot begin before June 1, 2023. The work must be completed no later than August 15, 2023. Each BIDDER is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Should any bid be accepted, the bid bond of the successful bidders will be returned upon proper execution and securing of the Contract. Bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after a Contract has been awarded and entered into or upon the rejection of all bids.
