PARKSIDE CIRCLE STORM SEWER OUTLET REPAIR IN THE CITY OF LYNDHURST, OHIO in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Jeffrey J. Filarski, City Engineer. Each bid must be made on the Proposal Form provided in the set of specifications and must be accompanied by a bank or cashier's check or money order drawn on a solvent bank in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid or a bid bond also in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a surety bond satisfactory to said City in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid will be furnished. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to the city of Lyndhurst, Ohio. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurement of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The right is reserved to accept any bidder, to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Lyndhurst to do so. Sealed bids must be marked "PARKSIDE CIRCLE STORM SEWER OUTLET REPAIR" .
