This date must be between February 1, 2024 and April 26, 2024. The equipment described in the quote will be pre-ordered by the client by means of a letter of intent authorizing the Manufacturer to begin manufacturing the equipment. No prepayment will be made by the client for the production and delivery of the equipment described in this estimate. The client's pre-order will be given to the chosen contractor-installer so that the latter issues a purchase order to the Manufacturer of the equipment. The amount of the voucher order will be as indicated in the client's letter of intent. The selected Manufacturer must consider the contractor-installer selected by the client at the same as if this contractor-installer had ordered the equipment himself. The manufacturer must provide the contractor-installer with all the technical and administrative support requested in the this pre-order quote, such as coordination, delivery dates, assistance with setting up market, warranty, etc.).
