Increase available office space through the selective demolition, relocation of frame walls and relocation of doorways as illustrated in the attached sketches. Work includes demolition, frame construction, minor electrical relocations, drywall, suspended ceiling tile construction, paint and new flooring. - Demolition of existing walls. Salvage metal frame of side lights for reuse. - Construct new walls including service counter as per attached sketch. Make good damage to suspended ceiling. Paint colour to match existing. - Electrical/data relocates as required - Supply and install new flooring in affected areas equal to or better than that which currently exists. Samples to be provided for the approval of the owner.
