Bond vote approved. The project also includes needed repairs at the Ice Arena; a new roof on rink 2, desiccant system improvements to improve dehumidification, and all new fascia as it is rotting. This project is included in the city’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 19, 2025, per owner, design team and construction manager/contractor have been identified. Construction has begun in November 2025, contracts for roof have been signed. Completion expected Fall 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
