2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Project All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Richfield for five percent of the amount of bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by the City of Richfield Public Works dated October, 28th 2024. Site Address: 1901 E 66TH ST Site Directions: CITYWIDE Est. Completion Date: Nov. 30, 2025 This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wages. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City Council of Richfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
