Description: Application of Maltene Based Asphalt Rejuvenating Agent together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, 1901 E 66th Street, Richfield, Minnesota, 55423. All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Richfield for five percent of the amount of bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wages. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City Council of Richfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
