The Project Includes Removal and Replacement of Existing and Expansion of the Solar Array, Removal and Replacement of Existing Roofing Systems and Miscellaneous Metals. City Representatives Present for the Bid Opening Will Be the City Clerk and Recreation Services Director or Their Designees. Question Deadline 09/24/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Questions must Be Submitted via Email to Loeffler Construction & Consulting. Submit Questions to Drew Illetschko (Ailletschko@loefflerconstruction.com). Make Proposals on the Bid Forms Supplied in the Project Manual. Submit With Each Bid, a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Acceptable Bidder's Bond Payable to the City of Richfield in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Time of Opening Bids, Without the Consent of the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Informalities or Irregularities in Bidding. The Owner Requires Substantial Completion of the Project on or Before
