Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richfield, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work Includes but is Not Limited to: Pavement Removals, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Grading and Aggregate Base Course, Curb and Gutter, Bituminous Trail, Bituminous Roadway Milling and Overlay, Signage and Striping to Construct a 10-foot-wide Mixed Use Trail Between Bloomington Avenue and Cedar Avenue Along the South Side of 73rd Street. All Bids Shall Be Made on the Proposal Forms of the City and Shall Be Accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check, Payable to the City of Richfield for Five Percent of the Amount of Bid to Be Forfeited as Liquidated Damages in the Event That the Bid is Accepted, and the Bidder Shall Fail to Enter Promptly Into a Written Contract and Furnish the Required Bond. The City Council of Richfield Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities.
