Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northwood Technical College (formerly Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College) will be accepting bids from qualified Vendors for all electrical work necessary to convert a standard classroom and outfit for a mechatronics lab at the Rice Lake campus. Work shall include the installation of a new electrical panel to feed the entire room with shunt trip breaker and emergency power off buttons to shut off power to equipment, existing receptacles in the room to be moved to new panel. New equipment in the center of the room shall be connect through a cord reel where possible and for equipment that is 208V single phase requiring a neutral with a drop cord. Invitation to Bid (ITB) descriptions and specifications can be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office, 715.468.2815. Late bids will not be opened. Northwood Tech reserves the right to reject any proposal for due cause or to waive minor irregularities in any proposal. All proposals must be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the opening of the proposals. This period will allow the College Board time to review the proposals consistent with college policy.
