Site work and new construction of a civil project in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 19, 2021, project will not push through due to changing conditions and the budget. Project will not rebid.** The work consists of the construction of a new leachate lift station, including the construction of a new wet well, valve vault, and force mains. The work also includes site work improvements, electrical, instrumentation and control, and other ancillary work required to accomplish the modifications. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed within 150 days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in Articles 4 and 15 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Article 15 of the General Conditions within 180 days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run
