Newport NH 03773 Bread Loaf Corporation is the Design/Build General Contractor on the above referenced project and is seeking bids for all trades. The project consists of a new 19,500 square foot building to serve as the towns Community Center. The project will be bid in three separate Bid Packages: Bid Package 1 will consist of rough carpentry, exterior/interior finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, spray on air barrier, thermal insulation, membrane roofing, standing seam metal roofing, snow guards, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum storefront windows and doors, miscellaneous glazing, overhead doors, folding partitions, light gauge metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpeting, rubber tile flooring, wood gymnasium flooring, entrance mats, painting, marker boards, toilet compartments, signage, fire extinguishers, storage shelving, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, athletic equipment (backstops, roll down gym dividers, wall pads, score boards and folding bleachers).
