The County of Santa Barbara General Services Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural design services for the renovation of the Tecolote house site located at 310 Camino Del Remedio, Santa Barbara, CA 93110. The County has conducted an initial fit test for proposed improvements and evaluated systems to serve its intended future use as a Board and Care facility for people requiring residential behavioral health support. The facility may house some residents for up to 18 months as they move through the continuum of care. All questions and responses to this RFQ must be submitted via Public Purchase no later than April 18th 2023 no later than 3:00PM as indicated in the RFQ. Submittal by mail, fax, or e-mail is not acceptable. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
