As of  May 30, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder; and the right to disregard nall nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids. Discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of the correct sum. The Contractor shall preserve all property corners, pins or markers. In the event any property corners, pins, or markers are removed by the Contractor, such property points shall be replaced at the Contractor's expense and shall be reset by competent surveyors properly licensed to do such work. In the event such points are section corners of federal land corners, they shall be referenced and filed with the appropriate authority. Contractors employees directly employed in performance of the work shall not be paid less than the prevailing minimum wage scale. Each Bid must be accompanied by a PROPOSAL GUARANTY payable to the CITY OF OWASSO for Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID PERFORMANCE AND MAINTENANCE AND STATUTORY PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the CITY OF OWASSO, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The intent of the contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. There will be a preconstruction conference at a time specified to the Contractor after Notice of Award. Placement of approximately 2400 LF of 8" PVC waterline along with miscellaneous fittings, re-connections to the existing water system and replacement of approximately 30 domestic water service lines. Project will be partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant.
