This Bid No. LCF 22/23-09, covers the Site Contractor work only to include: site clearing, grading, paving, landscaping, site utilities, plumbing, fire hydrant, electrical and utilities connection, fire alarm installation to include devices, communications systems for 14 portable classrooms buildings and one restroom building. The portable classroom buildings and restroom building will be furnished and installed by separate contractor(Class Leasing LLC). Refer to Specifications section 011100 Summary of Work for detailed summary of the scope of work by the Site Contractor. Estimated Cost: $750,000. B-General Building Contractor, or A-General Engineering Contractor. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. The successful bidder will be required to certify that it either meets the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise ("DVBE") goal of three percent (3%) participation or made a good faith effort to solicit DVBE participation in this Contract if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made.
