The Scope of Construction work consists of the following Base Items: 1. Construction of a destination style playground 2. Minimum of sixteen (16) Pickleball courts including court lighting 3. Construction of public restroom facilities including necessary sanitary sewer, waterline and electrical 4. Open-air shelter 5. Fencing 6. Landscaping Optional Feature items outside the scope of the Base Items which may be added dependent upon results of the Base bid and available funding include but are not limited to: 1. Concrete walkway/trail additions for connectivity to adjacent walkways and parking 2. Parking lot expansion or resurfacing 3. Site lighting 4.
