The Project includes the following Work: Full removal, replacement and widening of pavement, new curb and sidewalk, storm drainage facilities, ADA crossings at intersections, signage, new pavement markings, and LED streetlight luminaries located along McAnany Drive between Lucille Lane and Nieman Road. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project has a duration of 180 days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 210 days from Notice to Proceed reach Final Completion.
