Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City intends to select a Design-Build Firm to provide the following services for horizontal and vertical design-build Specific Projects: The scope of work required of the selected Design-Build Firm for Lonnie Miller Park Improvements - Ash Remediation, Infrastructure Installation and Park Amenities may include, but not be limited to, the following design, permitting, and construction elements necessary for the remediation of municipal incinerator ash and installation of infrastructure and park amenities: stormwater facilities, inlets, swales, ponds and piping, potable water system, sanitary sewer system, force main and pump station, asphalt paving and entrance roadway(s), curb and gutter, pavement markings, electrical service lines and lighting, athletic fields, stadiums and associated support and maintenance buildings, and park amenities in accordance with the requirements specified in the Design Criteria Package prepared by City. If any questions arise during the bidding period of this Project, Deadline to ask questions is April 28, 2023.
