The University of North Florida's Fine Arts Parking Garage is a four-story, covered parking facility that allows parking by permit only. It has a covered walkway that adjoins the third level of the garage and the Fine Arts Center building. UNF is seeking qualified Contractors to provide repair services to the existing structure. Term of the Agreement The maximum construction contract time for this project will be 60 calendar days. Liquidated Damages Liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per calendar day will be assessed for time beyond the stated contract duration, subject to any contract time adjustments due to weather or additional work that may be requested by the University. Bonds & Insurance The University requires a Builders Risk policy for this project. Additional insurance requirements as provided in the University Terms and Conditions and resulting contract, if any, will apply. This work is to be scheduled during normal working hours, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The awarded Contractor must coordinate with the UNF Project Manager and UNF Parking Services to arrange for proper scheduling and maintenance of traffic.
