**As of January 7, 2021, the project has been awarded for $ 8,754,006.13.** For Cecil Airport Northwest Development Hangar 1005 This project includes: the construction of a 35,000 SF hangar building, aircraft parking apron, taxiway extension, vehicle parking area, underground utilities, stormwater management facilities, and other related improvements. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that Fifteen percent (15%) DBE participation goal will be prescribed for this project. This project will be bid as a single contract.
