Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project involves Pavement Maintenance of various roadways throughout Crafton Borough, including the following approximate quantities: 13,000 SY of Bituminous Milling (3.5"+/-), 700 SY of Soft Spot Repair, 1,400 TON of 2" 19mm Course Graded Superpave Binder Course, 13,000 SY of 9.5mm Fine Graded Superpave Wearing Course, 1,600 LF Bituminous Wedge Curb, 4 Inlet Replacements, 200 LF of 6" underdrain, 5 Manhole Ring Adjustments, 1,250 SY of Base Repair, Site Restoration, Traffic Control, and Resident Notification. All bidders shall be PennDOT pre-qualified and submit their PennDOT Pre-Qualification Certificates as well as the Non-Collusion Affidavit with the Proposal in order for the Proposal to be considered responsive.
