This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the interior renovation of approximately 1300 square feet in the basement of the Manitoba Legislative Building (MLB) as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, new offices in the existing cafeteria space, paint, HVAC, and electrical. Work site location will not be occupied during construction, but the rooms surrounding the site will be occupied. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Proponents without a completed Confidentiality Agreement will not be given access to the site. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Deadline for registration and completion of confidentiality agreement forms is April 11, 2023 5:00 PM local time.
