Bid Results: In Pace Builders - $108,600 Sandel Renovations - $140,000 Legacy Builders - $158,080 The City of Huntsville is accepting bids to replace the existing deck, stairs and railing at the Visitor's Center. The City of Huntsville is aware of the time and effort you expend in preparing and submitting bids and proposals to the City. Please let us know of any solicitation requirements which are causing you difficulty in responding. We want to make the process as easy and painless as possible so that all responsible vendors can compete for the City's business. All questions or request for interpretation must be received by March 23, 2023 @ 5:00 P.M. All questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to the Procurement Manager, Lucy Gonzalez at e-mail lgonzalez@huntsvilletx.gov. Based on receiving a conditional notification of award, the Contractor shall submit a performance bond and a payment bond, each for the full amount of award, from a certified State of Texas surety company. Should these bonds not be provided within ten calendar days from the conditional notification of award, the City of Huntsville reserves the right to award to next responsible, responsive firm. Original performance and payment bonds are to be submitted to the Procurement Manager, 448 SH 75N Huntsville, TX 77320. The bonds shall remain in effect until both the final payment is made and the closeout of the project is finalized. This project has an estimated budget of $200,000.
