The Town is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified engineering firms to update the Facilities Plan for Wastewater Management, Town of Narragansett. The Town of Narraganset, in cooperation with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM), the Rhode Island Food Policy Council (RIFPC), and RI Commerce, seeks to develop a wastewater facility expansion plan that will evaluate and recommend the improvements required for expanding wastewater treatment capacity at the Scarborough Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bid. Questions concerning the technical content of this Request for Proposals should be addressed to Susan Gallagher, Purchasing Manager via email at: sgallagher@narragansettri.gov no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. The Town of Narragansett reserves the right to reject any/all Bids, waive any informalities in the Bids received, and to accept the Bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town of Narragansett. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
