Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, supervision, and incidentals related to asbestos abatement at the USCG STA Point Judith, Narragansett, RI 02882-6247 per the attached scope of work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the "REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) 70Z02423Q0000275, STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR: CG STA POINT JUDITH ASBESTOS ABATEMENT,", and applicable wages as incorporated herein. * Certified Weekly Payrolls and daily reports shall be required. * Magnitude of Construction <$25,000 *NAICS CODE: 562910 *Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 million * Insurance certificate is required. Contractor shall remediate the asbestos in the galley area of CG STA Point Judith as described in the Asbestos Survey Plan developed by Silva Environmental following all applicable Local, State, and Federal Rules, Regulations and Laws involving the remediation of Asbestos.
