Sealed bids will be received by the City of North Charleston for the Resurfacing of Markley Blvd, Livels Circle, Robeson Place, Pratt Circle, Tangier Place, Markleys Grove, Streamside Road, Yarrow Court, Boundview Court, Staley Drive, Pineridge Road, Creedmore Road, Hillsborough Place, Wyman Blvd, Franconia Drive, Heyward Court North, Heyward Court South, Oak Forest Blvd, Islesworth Way, Darby Drive, Bretwood Lane, Lenora Drive, Stonewall Drive, River Ridge Drive, a portion of Ballentine Drive, Alexandria Drive, Clearview Drive, and Evangeline Drive. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, City of North Charleston, for an amount equal to not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a 100% Payment and Performance Bond and insurance certificates will be furnished by the successful bidder QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: Thursday, April 20, 2023, by 04:00 PM
