Renovation of a detention facility in Sarasota, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, all architectural and engineering services for the replacement of the fourteen (14) AHUs and miscellaneous components as identified below as well as, all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire (MEPF) protection systems that the AHU replacement will impact. County reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and reject any insurer providing coverage due to its poor financial condition or failure to operate legally.
