Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sarasota County requires both removal and installation of carpet at Twin Lakes Park Green Building, which is located at 6700 Clark Road. The project encompasses a total area of 1600 square feet and entails the removal and installation of 203.32 yards of carpet. Remove and replace carpeting damaged from Hurricane Ian at Twin Lakes Park (at the Green Building). PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND/OR SITE VISIT All conferences and site visits will take place at the time, date and location specified in Periscope S2G. No pre-bid conference is scheduled. Failure by an Offeror to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference or site visit will result in their offer being considered non-responsive. Questions asked at a pre-bid conference will be formally answered via an addendum. Offerors shall not rely on oral communications.
