Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
New construction of a buildings and grounds warehouse and expansion of the bus parking lot. Work includes related mechanical and electrical construction, site development, site utilities, and site paving. Each bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided with the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by bid security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of five(5) percent of the total bid Each bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided with the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by bid security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of five(5) percent of the total bid. Performance Bond Requirement: 100% of contract amount To the extent permitted by law, the Owner reserves the right to waive minor iregularities and to reject any and all bids. By virtue of statutory authority, a preference will be given to products and provisions grownand coal produced within the state of Iowa. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date of opening The work of this Contract shall be completed on or before November 22, 2023 This project is sales tax exempt. The Owner will issue an exemption certificate for the purchaseoruse of building materials, supplies, and equipment that will be used in the performance of the construction contract.
