Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lapeer, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
The Lapeer County ISD Board of Education is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for items necessary to create a digital media arts (DMA) studio, including installation. No oral bid or bids submitted via telephone, e-mail, telegraph, or facsimile will be accepted. The successful Bidder(s) must be prepared to provide Certificates of Acord confirming they have the following insurance coverages upon request: a. Worker's Compensation (minimum $100,000) b. Liability (minimum $300,000) c. Coverage pertaining to vehicles, property damage and public liabilities, and personal injury. The successful Bidder(s) must be prepared to provide 3 references upon request. Bids that exceed $50,000 must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the Lapeer County ISD in an amount equivalent to 5% of the base bid. The successful Bidder(s) must commence work as soon as possible based on construction schedule and complete work no later than June 30, 2023.
