No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the bids are opened. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid packet.Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check made payable to Lapeer Community Schools for not lessthan 5% ofthe contract and must be submitted on the bid proposal form furnished with the specifications.All proposals will remain firm for a period of 60 days and provide perfonnance/labor and material bonds upon award. Lapeer Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests ofthe owner.
