Renovation of a municipal facility in Lapeer, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid for Roof Replacement on Sign Shop. Bid must include the following: 1. Remove existing metal ridge cap. 2. Inspect existing metal roof for damaged areas and secure any loose fasteners. 3. Install 2x4 wood Nailer to roofs perimeter. 4. Install 1.5" ISO to roof deck. (Mechanically fastened) 5. Mechanically fasten 50mil D-L or DLX. 6. Flash and seal all roof penetrations. 7. Install 2-pc compression metal to rake edges. 8. Install closure metal to eave over wood Nailer and install termination bar. 9. Remove all Job-related debris from job site. 10. Provide a 20-year NDL manufacturer’s warranty covering 100% material and labor. 11. 164’- 6” long 41’- 6” Approx. 7200 Square Foot The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
