Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Lapeer, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
General Description of Work: Work includes selective column and footing replacement, ADA ramps, replacement of selective doors and windows, new metal siding and trim, facias and soffits, painting ADA signage, LED lighting upgrades, and replacement of select areas of pavement, and site restoration. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Bid security, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal, must accompany each bid in the form of a Bid Bond (certified check acceptable). Performance and payment bonds may, at the Owner's discretion, be required of the successful bidder. Applicable state and federal laws regarding the "Conditions of Employment" apply to work under this contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all Bids. All Bidders must provide by a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement in compliance with MCL 380.1267 disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Lapeer County Staff.
