Site work for a civil project in Lapeer, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Upgrade to Water System at our Lapeer Garage Scope of Work: Sizing based on following criteria: Approximately 30 Employees 7 Toilets 5 sinks 3 Urinal 1 Power washer, used on a daily basis. 1.5 Fire hose used to fill 1500-gallon tank, saw and wash trucks down. Hot water parts washer Remove all existing tanks, plumbing and electrical control boxes to old well inlet and water softener systems. Install all new conduit, wiring and control boxes to 3 phase well pump. Install new well pump controls for constant pressure system, tank and all necessary items to complete project. Controls must be mounted to prevent water or moisture from entering them. No Galvanized piping. Must be SCH 80, Brass or stainless. Replace all conduit and wiring where corrosion is present on adjacent wall going to fuel pump and out buildings. Storage tank under floor will be left in and capped off. Existing up right tank will need removed. L.C.R.C will dispose of old tank. Must have disconnect electrical power to well pump motor. ON/Off valves to power washer, 1.5-inch fire hose and building. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to award the bid in the manner deemed in the best interest of Lapeer County
