Professional Engineering Consulting Services / Feasibility Analysis and Oxygenation System Design The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Respondents, and the RFP number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris. No proposals shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for proposals forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. In accordance with the Governor's Executive Orders and guidance regarding Covid-19, the County of Morris requests that the public maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING. Accordingly, we ask that Bidders/Respondents may wish to consider not attending the Bid Openings in person. We do note that if Bidders/Respondents choose to attend, they are required to be screened by Courthouse security. If they show any signs of illness, they will not be permitted access to the building.
