The City of Carrollton is soliciting requests for proposals from interested vendors to provide the City with Asphalt Supplies 2023 to be used for miscellaneous paving and repair work. By submitting your response and providing an Electronic Signature in accordance and agreement with the policies and ordinances of the City of Carrollton, you certify that you are authorized to represent and bind your company.
