Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project is to construct a 48 space RV Park, existing restroom to be remodeled to add ADA showers. All RV spaces require electrical, potable water and sanitary sewer improvements. The park will include stormwater improvements asphalt, concrete, fencing, and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of demolition and construction necessary for the completion of all work illustrated in the accompanying plan set. On-site work for this project is expected to start June 1, 2023, and substantial completion is expected by September 29, 2023.
