Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sitework associated with the construction of a new concession stand at Henley High School which includes but is not limited to: Asphalt removal and patching, earthwork, excavation, aggregate base, installation of water service, sanitary sewer service, sewer pump station, and electrical service. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 6 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
