Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Anthony, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,935-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Bidders must possess appropriate and current State of New Mexico contracting license at the time of bid opening as regulated by Construction Industries Division,2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, and Phone: (505) 476-4700. Resident/Veterans Bidder's preference are applicable to this project. Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solution by the date and time of the bid opening The project is generally described as the construction of site improvements and a one story, 3500 SF, urgent care medical building located at the former Dos Lagos Golf Club. As of July 11, 2023, an apparent low general contractor has been identified. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to August 2023.
