Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Anthony, New Mexico. Design plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of December 6, 2022, an architect has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Design of Gadsden Middle School for the replacement of the existing facility in order to construct a new school with a design enrollment of 732 students, grades 7-8 up to the maximum allowable gross square footage of 92,675 GSF. Review of design enrollment shall occur during the design phase with approval of the design enrollment prior to the out-of-cycle construction phase funding request. Ensure that the following information is clearly labeled on the sealed package containing the proposal. Please note: if the sealed bid is placed inside a carrier envelope, package or box for shipping, all of this information must be re-written and clearly visible on the outermost envelope or package containing the sealed proposal: (1) Offerors Business Name (not an individuals name), (2) the RFP number and Title, (3) RFP Due Date and Time. May 2022 - July 2022 Selection of Design Architect August 2022 - March 2023 Design of Gadsden Middle School April 2023 - June 2023 RFP Selection of Contractors July 2023 - December 2024 Construction TOTAL PROJECT COST $54,625,294.00 Any inquiries or requests regarding clarification of this RFP document shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager.
