Remodeling of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Office reserves the right to alter these dates. All bidders will be notified of changes. Delivery or Completion Date for goods or services: 5/1/2024. The contract will be for the project timeframe and any applicable warranties. Deadline for Vendor Questions 4/24/2023 4pm MST The only communication method for questions is through email. If a bidder has questions specifically relating to the goods/services to be provided such questions shall be made in writing by emailing the Office Purchasing Agent prior to the bidder inquiry deadline Start of Work 6/16/2023 The Office provides a mechanism for the State of Utah and its political subdivisions to fund and administer group benefits for its employees. URS was created by state statute and operates under the direction of the Utah State Retirement Board (Board). Searching for a contractor to remodel the 2nd and 3rd Floors of the 540 E 200 S Salt Lake City Building for URS according to architectural and furniture design plans and finishes that have already been produced. All HVAC will be completed by another vendor All Data Runs will be completed by another vendor Specifics to be discussed during mandatory walkthrough. Contractor is responsible to file and obtain all permits. We would like two bids for reusing or replacing carpet tiles
