The Office reserves the right to alter these dates. All bidders will be notified of changes. Delivery or Completion Date for goods or services: 5/1/2024. URS was created by state statute and operates under the direction of the Utah State Retirement Board (Board). Searching for a contractor to remodel the 2nd and 3rd Floors of the 540 E 200 S Salt Lake City Building for URS according to architectural and furniture design plans and finishes that have already been produced. All HVAC will be completed by another vendor All Data Runs will be completed by another vendor Specifics to be discussed during mandatory walkthrough. Contractor is responsible to file and obtain all permits. We would like two bids for reusing or replacing carpet tiles
