The activities will be carried out within the framework of the Local Roads Assistance Program (PAVL) under the Acceleration component. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders, in the form of a bond of tender issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c.
