The Project consists of roof replacement on the Clayton Center building. Roofing replacement will consist of removing and disposing of existing roof assembly to include single ply EPDM membrane and all associated flashing accessories down to the deck. The repair of wood and metal decks, replacement of damaged/deteriorated wood fascia at existing gutter furnishing and installing new board insulation furnishing and installing new fully adhered single ply TPO membrane to include all related flashing and accessories, Furnishing and installing new sheet metal flashing and trim to include scupper, coping, counterflashing, edging and miscellaneous trim. Existing gutter, conductor heads, and downspouts to be reused, furnishing and installing fixed access ladders, modification of curbs and penetrations to provide flashing height of eight inches above top of finished roof membrane. Modify curbs to properly fit equipment. Modify mechanical and electrical connections, ductwork, raceways, etc. as required to accommodate the raising of equipment, provide and install other accessory or incidental components, or modify other roof features/items, not specifically listed or shown on drawings, but required for the complete and proper installation of the new roof system. The pointing of masonry walls of the Town Hall Administration Building will consist of removing and disposing of deteriorated mortar from all joints, replacement of damaged or missing brick masonry units and the sealing of penetrations, openings, and control joints The Project has an expected duration of _120_ days. All emailed questions must be received by 4:00 P.M.., Eastern Standard Time on April 18, 2023. No questions or requests for clarifications will be accepted after this time. Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an addendum and issued by 5:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday April 19 th , 2023.
