The purpose of this contract is to apply Lignin Sulfonate to various gravel roads located within Washington County to provide gravel road stabilization. Last Date to Submit Questions:April 7, 2023, 5:00pm The estimated budget for this contract will be $100,000.00 annually. The contractor shall provide and apply Lignin Sulfonate for the purpose of aggregate surface stabilization to the roads included in Attachment C. Washington County will mark the road segments to receive lignin sulfonate with surface stabilization signs. This contract will be awarded for 1-year with option to extend for up to 5-years total. Lignin Sulfonate application must be complete by July 30, 2023 Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
