Email Richard.Bradley@txdot.gov Item 7 Legal Relations and Responsibilities Item 4 Scope of Work Item 5 Control ofthe Work General Notes Sheet A General Notes Sheet B Mixing ofmaterials, storing ofmaterials, storing of equipment, or repairing of equipment on top of concrete pavement or bridge decks will not be permitted unless specifically authorized. The Contractor will not wash out concrete within the project site. Any excess concrete placed will be removed from State Right OfWay on that day and will not be allowed to remain overnight. Station the project before commencing work. Mark the stations every 100 feet. Maintain stationing throughout the duration ofthe project. Remove the station markings at the completion ofthe project. Consider this work to be subsidiary to the various bid items ofthe contract. Remove all vegetation from pavement edges, intersections and driveways before planing or ACP operations. This work will not be paid for directly but will be subsidiary to the various bid items. It is the contractors responsibility to mark the location of all existing striping and place proposed striping back in the same location or as shown in the plans. Flammable/combustible materials must be stored at a designated location as approved. Do not store flammable/combustible materials under or adjacent to Bridge class structures. Daily removal ofthese materials will be considered incidental work. Furnish all materials, labor and incidentals required to provide for traffic across the highway and for temporary ingress and egress to private property in accordance with article 7.2.4 of the standard specifications at no additional cost to the state. Maintain ingress and egress to the adjacent property at all times. Consider this work to be subsidiary to the various bid items ofthe contract.
