Location : 2002 - 2010 Park Street Beaumont, Texas 77701 Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation, shall be submitted via fax or mail, and will be answered in writing through an Addendum. This structure must be demolished and disposed of according to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Demolition Contractor will be responsible for adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and must be licensed to haul asbestos-containing materials. Remove Structure.
